Nano Learning
Learning Architect
Challenge: Transition to a skills-based organization to adapt to market changes, improve flexibility, and promote continuous learning.
Solution: Created a Nano Learning program delivering weekly lessons on critical skills, engaging caregivers across three regions with accessible and actionable content.
Outcome: Boosted engagement with Udemy Business, the enterprise learning platform, by 30%, introducing skill development as a core focus and laying the foundation to become a fully skills-driven organization.

Required Education
Learning Architect
Challenge: After a major merger, managing required training for 70,000 employees became chaotic, resulting in wasted hours and inefficiencies.

Solution: Centralized training data into one system, making it easier to manage courses and analyze training needs across the organization.

Outcome: Saved thousands of training hours, improved efficiency, and gave the organization a clearer picture of training needs during a time of rapid change.

Skills-Based HR: Determining Organizational Readiness (In Progress)

Challenge: Shift HR from a role-based to a skills-based framework to increase agility, align employee skills with business goals, and expand talent pools.

Solution: Used JFF’s "Skills-Based Talent Practices: An Employer Journey Map" to lead readiness assessments, develop strategies, and implement skills-based hiring and development.

Expected Outcome: Piloted a scalable framework to assess progress in transitioning HR services like Talent Acquisition and Compensation to a skills-based approach, using data analytics to guide decisions and foster continuous learning.

Mach Mart Operational Insights Dashboard (Hypothetical Case Study)

This case study highlights a simulated approach to solving real-world challenges, reflecting my ability to deliver data-driven insights to inform solutions.

Challenge: ​Local leaders didn’t have the data they needed to address employee turnover, improve training, or boost satisfaction.

Solution: Built an interactive Power BI dashboard using Python to analyze data on attrition, training, and satisfaction, allowing leaders to filter and focus on specific issues.

Outcome: Equipped collaborators with clear, interactive insights to inform solutions for reducing attrition, boosting training participation, and enhancing employee satisfaction.

Pyxis: Game-Based Learning
Thesis
Challenge: Nursing students struggled to master pharmacology due to time constraints, heavy course loads, and limited practice tools.

Solution: Created Pyxis, an educational game using game-based learning to teach pharmacological principles and medication administration, featuring scaffolded levels, real-time feedback, and data analytics.
​
Outcome: Internationally recognized as a finalist in the 9th International Educational Games Competition, Pyxis enhanced students’ pharmacological skills and provided educators with actionable insights to improve curricula.
